    * Probe for airspyhf_set_hf_att with check_function_exists instead
      of the AIRSPYHF_VER_* cascade, which demanded REVISION >= 2
      whatever MINOR was; harmless against the 1.6.8 we ship, but it
      would disable gain control on airspyhf master (1.8.1)
    * Widen cmake_minimum_required to a 2.8.12...3.10 range for CMake
      4 compatibility
  - Upstream has only two tags ever (0.1.0 in 2018, 0.2.0 in 2021) and
    three commits since, so pin master via obs_scm; "+git" keeps the
    snapshot sorting above 0.2.0
  - Add pkgconfig(SoapySDR) >= 0.4.0, the floor CMakeLists checks
  - Drop Group tags, switch to %autosetup and run spec-cleaner
  - Fix the "AirspyHF#" typo in the module description and point URL
    at the repository rather than its wiki
  - Explicitly require soapy-sdr: the automatic soname dependency pulls
    only libSoapySDR, so the module could be installed with no SoapySDR
