    and conflicts its unversioned containerized-data-importer-<subpackage>
    name (containerized-data-importer1.65 already provides these), so
    co-named binaries are a declared package conflict instead of an
    undeclared file conflict. Fixes the request 1370732 decline
    ("conflicts with 1.65": /usr/bin/virt-cdi-* and /usr/bin/cdi-cloner
    shipped by both minors with no conflict relationship).

  - Enable aarch64 on the SLE 16 code stream: widen the 16.x

    container images on SLE 16.
