integers and an AVX-512 masked load/store miscompile.
* Fix crashes on bool short-vector reference loads and gather
index analysis with large constant offsets.
- Allow building against LLVM 23 (raise upper bound to 24);
upstream now defaults to LLVM 23.1.2 and supports LLVM 24.
- Spec cleanup: drop obsolete Group tags, use pkgconfig
BuildRequires and RPM macros for paths.
