- Take the source from the upstream release tag instead of the local
tarball produced by a manual tar_scm service, which OBS could not
reproduce; drop that _service. The tag archive also leaves out the
66MB of satellite-recordings submodule content, which only the
manual test.sh uses
- Correct the License tag: besides upstream's GPL-3.0-or-later,
libgnuradio-satellites links MIT (randomizer), Apache-2.0
(vendored viterbi) and LGPL-2.1-or-later (libfec and Karn's
viterbi) code; the unversioned LGPL headers are flagged for legal
review rather than settled here, and the vendored Apache text now
ships alongside LICENSE
- Declare the runtime dependencies that were missing: satellites
imports the submitter and csp_zmq modules unconditionally, so
requests, websocket-client and pyzmq are hard requirements, as are
gnuradio, PyYAML, numpy and matplotlib, the last for the shipped
smog_p_spectrum; floor construct at 2.9 as upstream documents, and
recommend feh for the realtime image decoders
- Rework the subpackage dependencies: devel now pulls the library
subpackage rather than the whole main package, and additionally
gnuradio-devel, whose headers and cmake config it reaches into;
devel-doc, being standalone doxygen output, requires neither
- Ship python bytecode, which upstream's cmake never installed, and
fdupes the identical .pyc/.opt-1.pyc pairs
- Convert the two CRLF files in %prep instead of the buildroot; the
old glob missed satyaml/EIRSAT-1.yml
- Strip shebangs from the installed python modules, they are
importable modules rather than scripts; the rpmlintrc no longer
needs to filter that and now only covers the matplotlib
explicit-lib-dependency false positive
- Spec cleanup:
* floor the gnuradio buildrequires at 3.10, as find_package asks
* add bzip2 (manpage compression), drop unused gmp-devel
* let devel-doc own its documentation directory
* record why there is no %check
