  - Recreate the package git repo with sha256 object format so it
    matches tree-sitter/_ObsPrj (OBS scmsync was broken: mismatched
    algorithms, client sha256 vs server sha1)
  - Switch the python subpackage to the loader binding (same pattern
    as tree-sitter-python):
    * Drop %treesitter_python_build and the C-extension Python
      BuildRequires (devel/installer/pip/setuptools/wheel)
    * Keep %treesitter_python_install: install upstream's
      pure-Python package files and generate a _binding.py that
      loads libtree-sitter-fortran.so, so the parser is not
      compiled a second time
    * Pin Requires: %{name} = %{version}-%{release}
    * Functional %check parses Fortran source through the shim
  - New openSUSE:Factory package (Fortran grammar +
    python3-tree-sitter-fortran), needed for python-graphifyy
  - Suggests python-tree-sitter >= 0.22 instead of Requires,
    matching tree-sitter-bash, so ring1/product installcheck
    does not demand a non-ring package.
