  - Add 0001-Update-for-compat-with-newer-CMake.patch: upstream's only
    commit past the 0.1.1 tag; switches cmake_minimum_required to the

  - Fix License to GPL-3.0-or-later: the source header grants v3 "or (at

    only libSoapySDR, so the module could be installed with no SoapySDR
