Soapy Audio - audio device support for Soapy SDR.
A Soapy module that supports audio devices within the Soapy API.

rig control for frequency tuning.

    * Raise cmake_minimum_required, dropping the package's reliance on
      the distro-wide CMAKE_POLICY_VERSION_MINIMUM shim
