Smb4K is an advanced network neighborhood browser and Samba share mounting utility for the KDE Software Compilation. * Remove unused (servern, netbiosname) and unnecessary (vers)
mount options from the mount helper. The former two are not
used by the mounter anymore and the latter is not needed,
because the correct SMB protocol version (>= 2.1) is
negotiated during connection.
* Adjust the rest of the programm to the changes made to the mount
helper: Remove the SMB protocol version mount option, since it
is not accepted by the mount helper anymore (it is actually not
needed).

error notification.
* Do not report an error, if a foreign share is passed to the
unmount function, but just return silently.
* Improve check, if a share is foreign (i.e. it can be unmounted
by the user) or not. Also, clean up the includes and correct
the comment for the Kerberos ticket.
* Simplify Smb4KMountHelper::removeMountPoint() function.
* Remove the filesystem check from the mounthelper, because
that is not needed when only unmounts
from /var/run/smb4k/<user ID> are allowed.
