MJPG-streamer takes JPGs from Linux-UVC compatible webcams, from
local files or other input plugins and streams them as M-JPEG via
HTTP to webbrowsers, VLC and other software. It is the successor of
uvc-streamer, a Linux-UVC streaming application with Pan/Tilt.

This package provides a fork including support for Raspberry Pi Camera.

  - Convert the hand-rolled cmake call in %build to the %cmake and
    %cmake_build macros so the package is built with the distro
    optflags (-O2, -D_FORTIFY_SOURCE=3, -fstack-protector-strong).
    All binaries were previously built without any hardening flags
    (missing-fortify and missing-stack-protector on every binary).
  - Add fix-missing-return-output_viewer.patch: add the missing
    return statement to the empty output_cmd() stub, which the
    - Werror=return-type in the optflags turns into a build error.
  - Add fix-undefined-symbols-input_uvc.patch: compile utils.c into
    the input_uvc plugin. It calls parse_resolution_opt() and
    resolutions_help() from utils.c, which used to be resolved from
    the main executable at dlopen time; -Wl,--no-undefined makes
    that a link error.
  - Drop unused BuildRequires: gcc-c++, python3-devel,
    python3-numpy-devel, python3-opencv. Nothing in the build uses
    a C++ compiler or Python, and the OpenCV input plugin requires
    OpenCV 3, so it is never built.
