  - Update to version 0.3.4+git20251009.143ff5e:
    * setBandwidth no longer rounds the request through
      hackrf_compute_baseband_filter_bw, and setSampleRate no longer
      overrides it
    * hackrf_set_amp_enable() is now actually called - it was gated on
      the device already streaming in that direction
    * closeStream() deactivates the stream first
    * cmake_minimum_required is now a 2.8.12...3.10 range, so the
      CMAKE_POLICY_VERSION_MINIMUM workaround is dropped
  - Switch to a pinned master snapshot via _service (tar_scm, pinned
    sha): the 0.3.4 tag is from 2022-01 and predates the fixes above.
  - Add Requires: soapy-sdr - the automatic soname dep covers only
    libSoapySDR, so nothing pulls in SoapySDRUtil for probing an
    installed module.
  - Use %cmake_build instead of a bare make call, small spec cleanup.
