qpid-pythonbuild.patch: fixed upstream or obsolete now SWIG is gone
- Drop qpid-proton-openssl-3.0.0.patch: OpenSSL reverted the deprecation
it worked around and upstream declined the same change
- Link the Python binding against libqpid-proton-core rather than
bundling a private copy of proton-c
- Stop overriding CMAKE_C_FLAGS, which silently dropped the distribution
optflags; disable upstream -Werror instead
- Package libqpid-proton-tls0 for raw connection TLS
- Pin SASL and jsoncpp off instead of autodetecting them
- Run the testsuite for every Python flavour, regenerating the test
certificates that expired in 2025 first
- Make qpid-proton-test noarch and conflict with libqpid-proton10
- Take sources from archive.apache.org and verify their signature
- Stop letting the doc package provide and obsolete qpid-proton
