  - Prepare the package for submission to openSUSE:Factory:
    * Rename the tarball to .tar.gz - it always was gzip, only the
      name claimed xz.
    * Drop the bogus /usr/lib RUNPATH from libdsdcc and dsdccx;
      upstream hardcodes it and the cmake macro only strips it on
      suse_version <= 1500.
    * Drop the Group tags, switch to autosetup and cmake_build, ship
      CHANGELOG, reword the descriptions.
    * Replace the libdsdcc.so.1* glob with the SONAME and the real
      library file, so a future libdsdcc.so.10 cannot be swallowed
