* Complete rewrite in C (was C++); build now only needs a C
compiler
* Tab cycling between views; arrow keys in the default config;
25 ms escape delay so cursor keys no longer freeze the UI
* Handle terminal resize, fix background drawing and reject
bindings of unknown commands with an error
* Fix volume under/overflow in add-volume and a crash on empty
port lists; check the port index before printing
