  - New package, version 4.6.11:
    * SIMD-accelerated JSON parser (libsimdjson33 shared library plus
    - devel with headers, CMake config and pkgconfig file).
    * Version choice: latest 4.6.x, same API line and SOVERSION
      33 as the v4.6.4 that science/apache-arrow bundles; arrow
      26.0 accepts any SYSTEM simdjson >= 4.3.0, and 4.6.11
      carries upstream's audit fixes.
    * Upstream's own test suite needs network fetches (CPM),
      so %check runs a small parse smoke test against the
      built library instead.
