A library that exposes a single object: the Doc class.

This class is used inside Annotated[...] to document a parameter, class attribute,
return type, or variable inline, right in the type annotation instead of in a
separate docstring.
Example: def hi(name: Annotated[str, Doc("Who to say hi to")]) -> None: ...
Goal: avoid duplication/inconsistency between the signature and its documentation,
allow accessing the doc at runtime (via __metadata__), and make static/AI analysis
easier.
It originated from PEP 727 (withdrawn from the standard library) and now lives as
a third-party library, used by FastAPI, Typer, SQLModel, and Asyncer.
