XZ Utils are an attempt to make LZMA compression easy to use on free (as in
freedom) operating systems. This is achieved by providing tools and libraries
which are similar to use than the equivalents of the most popular existing
compression algorithms.

LZMA is a general purpose compression algorithm designed by Igor Pavlov as
part of 7-Zip. It provides high compression ratio while keeping the
decompression speed fast.

  - Minor spec cleanup
  - Remove the commented-out patch containing the upstream test from the previous commit.
  - Since the test did not properly work in our environment (and thus was actually commented-out and not applied in the previous release),
    it was mostly included for possible future reference.
  - This could have been a bit confusing when reading the spec file -> removing it now + minor rewording of the comments.
  - The actual fix from the previous release remains untouched.
